Someone's making a statement - One Honest Indie

Here’s something we all need to know about. The consolidation of media ownership in fewer and fewer hands. Those of us who are indie authors should already know plenty about this, since we’ve all been ~~brainwashed~~ told repeatedly to upload our ebooks to Amazon, a company that’s anything but a simple bookstore/self-publishing platform.

I recommend you listen to this all the way through.

And, no, don’t cancel your Netflix subscription. Cancel your Amazon Prime membership. Or try to, anyhow. 🙂

And … Because nothing screams punk rock louder than millionaire rock stars performing for hedge fund bros, etc. 🙂

So … on that note, we’ve been encouraged to contact our state attorneys general to express opposition to these mergers.
