I suppose my thoughts about Seth Godin’s blog posts amount to a kind of web series, don’t they? There’s a theme and a continuing series of posts, so … I guess. 🙂
Anyhow, here’s what I’ve got today.
About “Art with intent”
Art with generous intent is what they used to call professional writing.
Unless, of course, you write propaganda for a living, I guess.
You want the truth/facts? Watch a documentary.

About “Sunday driver”
Roads built to go nowhere in particular were made for Sunday driving, to give early adopter car owners something to do with their cars.
Because the Internet is the information superhighway, it’s easy to confuse fast with good and go down lots of dead end streets.
A certain amount of poking about online is good. Take care that you don’t go chasing after information down endless rabbit holes.
PS: If you ask me, a typical Sunday drive is usually a lot more scenic than anything available online. And a lot more real.

About “Customer service is free”
Good word of mouth remains the best form of marketing. Do what it takes to earn it.

About “Entitlement”
This explains why I laugh every time I see/hear the words, “Do you know who I am?” in a movie/TV show/book.
PS: “Deserve’s got nothing to do with it.” From yet another movie.

About “Effort toward quality”
Work smarter, not harder.

About “Fill before empty”
Make sure your tank is full before proceeding on your journey.
This applies to your vehicle and yourself. It includes your work, your leisure, and your health.

Should I continue? That’s the question. 🙂
