Hi! It’s Labor Day today. And it seems like a good day to just remind everybody that you should always take time for yourself, no matter how busy you are and what you’re trying to do, because if you don’t take care of yourself, you’re not going to be able to accomplish what you want to do.
Really, that was about all I wanted to say other than the fact that I’ve acquired some more team members for team DMV Dystonia, and I’m just so grateful to each and every one of you. I’m gonna put your names in my blog and somewhere else. I don’t, I don’t know. I’m just very, very grateful and there’s some kind of activity going on with this. It’s called the Virtual Dystonia Zoo Day Chalk Contest. And if you order an activity kit, you can use the chalk to create a design, to raise dystonia awareness. I might attempt this if I’m feeling, you know, if I’m feeling artistic, I guess, and in any case, I hope you’ll consider joining the team and helping us to fight dystonia. Thank you very much. And talk to you later.
PS: Here’s a video that covers stuff I never learned in history class!
