This documentary is an inspiring look at sixteen individuals who (for various reasons) no longer hold “regular jobs,” but now make a living with online businesses. The interviewees represent a healthy variety of business models, including blogging, podcasting, and product sales.
Why You Should Start a Podcast

Disclosure: this post contains some affiliate links, which means I get a small percentage if you click the link and make a purchase through them. The terms on affiliates can vary, so I won’t bore you further with those. 🙂 But my opinions are honest and my own.
If you’re reading this, I assume you’re wondering about the assertion made in the title. You may think it’s too late to start a podcast or that there are too many podcasts, so why bother?
You Should Create Your Own Blog
What is the single most important thing you can do to establish your presence online? The answer is to create your own blog.
The reason I say that is that your blog is where you can best express who you are and what you do. No amount of Facebook likes, retweets, Twitter followers, or Instagram photos and likes thereon will do the job of a well-structured blog.
Frankly, creating a blog isn’t as complex as one might suppose. It doesn’t take a technical genius to do it. I’m living proof of that.
