I think, without question, that online marketing has become increasingly a visual experience. And more than ever, brands and businesses are established through the clever use of video marketing.
On all the different forms of social media, there’s been an increase in using video on platforms as varied as Facebook Live, Google Hangouts and Events, Instagram, Snapchat, and on and on.
Thus, as part of my own branding strategy and in a bid to make a buck here and there, I intend to start making videos, not only for myself, but will make a wide variety of video marketing products, including book trailers, product endorsements, and how-to videos. I may even teach an online course in how to use video as a marketing tool. We’ll see.
