Bob Saenz’s book, That’s Not The Way It Works: A No Nonsense Guide to The Craft and Business of Screenwriting, is highly recommended for aspiring screenwriters and writers in general.

It has a little bit of everything, and if you’re a screenwriter, I think it is something you should really consider looking at.
